Solving Contracts (Returns)

Portuguese law establishes a 14 day period, after goods delivery, where you can return any* products without any explanation. In the Solving Contratcs activation, the cost of shipping is at the consumer responsibility, as stated on nº2 article 13º from Law Decree nº 24/2014, from February 14.

1. Exchange and return agreement

Besides the acceptance of returns/exchanges in the first 14 days, the good will only be accepted if in comply with the following:

1.1. Product must be unused, without any marks or damage;
1.2. Returned products must be shipped with the original box, manuals and accessories in perfect condition;

Violating any of the points above will result in a denial from TC regarding your goods. No refund will be emitted nor exchange. 

2. Non accepted goods for Returns/Exchange

Customized products can not be accepted for exchange/return.

2.1. Customized goods won’t be accepted for return, except, previous agreement made by email: return@truecoach.xyz

3. Refund methods

In case of refund, TC will proceed using the same payment method used on the purchase. TC will make the full refund after checking the points previously mentioned.

4. Return/exchange process

In order to star the process, please write us an email to returns@truecoach.xyz, add the details, your order number, pictures or any details you find helpful. TC support team will assist you through the full process.
